「A perfect room for visiting Bath. The room was very large well decorated and very comfortable. The host Richard was a Joy very attentive to any of our needs and full of interesting stories. Breakfast in the dining room was something special complete with a spectacular dumb waiter. We will certainly be back!」

「This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉. We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely.」

「Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! 」

「Wonderful place to stay, full of character. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thank you!」

「Lovely location with Wooky Holes on the doorstep of the Hotel. Room was basic but clean and had everything you'd want fir an overnight stay. Lovely grounds for a walk. Only negative was bath taps had hot water, but the shower had only had cold water. The mixer thermostat was obviously faulty. Talking to other guests, this seemed to be a common fault as others said their shower only had cold water too.」

「The room was very dainted could do with a reverb in the bedrooms stayed on the hottest weekend in June and all we had was a old small fan in the room Bathroom could do with a very deep clean. Pub itself was nice. Stuff behind the bar were very friendly. Landlord was grumpy and chose to see it with both their big air-condition fans facing himself.」

「We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent.」
