"May not be top shelf hotel...
During my week stay. Check in until check out, ALL of the staff were not only very nice; the front desk managers were above helpful and who I'm assuming is the GM(he worked day shift) was just flat out an awesome gentleman."

"The massive winter storm Fern had been predicted and we knew we would not be able to get there due to the weather. In communication , the host was cold and uncaring, basically saying “sorry about your luck”. Maybe VRBO should include a link to travel insurance company."
