"We had a comfortable and amazing stay. The innkeeper was extremely knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions to make our stay exactly what we wanted . Breakfast was delicious and varied each day and included fresh local ingredients. The grounds were stunning and well cared for. And we were lucky to see the bittern one morning !! We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful B and B !"

"We happened to be there during the week between weddings so had the place mostly to ourselves. Lovely farm setting with vegetable gardens and chickens and pigs to wander among. There was a lovely watercolor painting exhibit in barn. Extensive trail system right behind the fields. Manager Stacy was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast cooked to order, delicious. Very peaceful setting."

"What an incredible stay! We cannot recommend this place more. The location was beautiful, the space was adorable and roomy. Everyone we met were super friendly. All of the food establishments we tried were delicious and make sure to stop over at Emily’s Bar and Bistro- you’ll feel like you are on the set of “Cheers”"

"This antique house and property was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well equipped and along with the dining and living rooms were spacious and comfortable for meals and playing board games. Cable connectivity was good and we were able to easily watch the World Cup games. The backyard was perfect for lawn games, and the long views are incredible.We enjoyed our stay here very much! We have stayed in other places in Waitsfield and this house is perfect for our needs - easy biking, walking distance to the bridge to watch the jumpers, or just relax on the banks of the river. There are coffee shops, and boutique shopping and artisan studios within a five minute walking distance, and there is a beautiful park next to the library just a few doors down. Waitsfield Village is a charming and relaxing place to stay, and this home was lovely and comfortable to return to!"

"This mountain retreat is stunning from the views to the amenities, with an enormous kitchen, well stocked with just about any cooking utensil/dish you could imagine. It is private, with spacious sleeping quarters and absolutely stunning views! The hot tub was amazing! This place accommodated my extended family with room for more! We made homemade pizzas in the pizza oven which was both hilarious and delicious!Our hosts were super helpful. I had a bunch of questions before booking and they were very quick with responses. It would be great in the winter for skiing fun, but in summer it was simply beautiful and green outside. The upstairs bedroom did get a little warm, but fans are supplied!The town of Waitsfield is quaint. We ate at the Mad Taco and everyone enjoyed it! I highlyrecommend the self-guided waterfall tour and trying out Lots-o-Balls mini golf."
