「Took over 90 minutes to figure out how to get into the place. Lousy instructions about the lock box and no responses from the owner/manager for more details by messages or phone. No hints given where or how to park; if you go there, on the side of the buildings on the street it says to download an app of how to locate paid parking in Auckland which worked very well, but not a hint from the owner about doing that. Just allow the app to use location once and it will figure it all out and tell you...

「Very clean, felt high-end quality. Was stressful checking in because there was an issue with the lock code, and I ended up setting off the alarm when trying to enter! But getting the staff on the phone was simple, and they fixed the code within minutes. Minor annoyance, but there was only one tea towel - 2 would be better. Bed was extremely firm, but I'm well aware that it's a matter of taste. Overall felt nice and quiet, good sense of privacy.」
