"There was a 30 minute wait to be checked into the hotel with queues to the door. This could have been managed by putting extra staff on in peak time. The room was clean and bed comfy. The shower roof was at my head height. I'm 6'4" so having to bend on the shower was a nuisance. The breakfast was recommended prior to booking, but having to wait 40 minutes in a line in the foyer to enter, left me feeling this is not a luxurious hotel but a tacky add on. Simple things could be improved, but I doubt I will be returning."

"Booked for a special birthday staycation. Member perks include 1 free bottle of wine. On arrival at check-in we were asked if we wanted red or white wine, we selected white and the attendant came out from the back with an ambient bottle of chardonnay. First thought was that the bottle of white was not chilled, but same bottle available in lobby fridge for purchase but not offered? Anyways, got into room and put wine in fridge but THE FRIDGE WASNT EVEN COLD! Light was on but it was ambient! No biggie.. moved the temp dial to the lowest temp and put wine in, thinking it’d be chilled by the time we got back later from dinner. It wasn’t. Chromecast also didn’t work for the duration of the stay, attendants did try and fix it but it still didn’t work. Didn’t feel like being difficult for a one night stay, but it was super annoying! Not inclined to book again."

"Great location, comfortable accommodation. Stayed in a club room on 12th floor at the end of hallway. Air conditioning was non responsive room was uncomfortably cold. Once again no luggage rack or bench. At least when asked one arrived. Along with electric heater for the room. Club room was OK. More simple snacks and less of the warm food that wasn't checked and cold. Drink selection was great. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable in Club room. Downstairs breakfast was good but several children let loose made it feel like MacDonald's without the playground. The staff did their best to keep them at bay. Obviously the parents felt entitled 🙄 All in all was a good stay but not a great stay, would stay again probably not on weekend or school holidays."
