Designed for comfort and fun, the living areas throughout invite quality time together. The central living area offers year-round comfort with a heat pump and Smart TV, leading out to a serene courtyard perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen or fire up the BBQ for an easy outdoor meal.

Step into the fully-fenced and spacious backyard for endless entertainment with Kubb, Pétanque, giant Jenga, and a cricket set. For added competition, the garage features a dartboard, and there’s even a separate TV room for cosy movie nights.

Family-friendly and pet-friendly, this retreat is well-equipped for all ages with thoughtful touches like a high chair, baby change table, and toys for the little ones. The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its own ensuite, while three additional bedrooms, plus a carpeted garage with 2x king single beds, are complemented by a shared family bathroom. With ample parking and privacy for your car and boat up to 5m, this peaceful home is located 10-minutes drive from stunning beaches for swimming, surfing, and exploring the coastline.

Great home great location

A great place to stay with a family and a great location. House was clean and tidy and the space was great with two living rooms and plenty of safe area for the kids to play. We would stay again for sure if going back to Waipu. Only recommendations would be the low coffee table in the main lounge needs to shift it’s not safe for families with young children. Also if face cloths or flannels aren’t going to be supplied this should be advised as we would’ve taken our own. We thought it was a bit odd they weren’t.
