「Natalie was a great host and was available to contact for any questions which made check in and check out super simple. There was a variety of beach gear that we used which was amazing and it was great how easy it was to get to both the beach and the pool. Definitely recommend eating at Cafe o Lei or Coconuts (their fish tacos are a hit) for dinner and the cinnamon place for breakfast. Don't recommend La Toxica for coffee as their lattes are all milk but their ice cream looked good and had some...

「The pool was great! The AC was locked at 72. With the Storm the humidity was awful so sleeping was an issue. The bed was amazing though!」

「マケナサーフには何度も滞在しており大好きなコンドミニアムです。リッチ、景色、全て大好きなのですが、今回は残念なことがいくつかありました。到着日にリビングに靴下が一足おちていました。床を掃除していたら絶対にわかるはずです。メモを書いて置いておいたら翌日は無くなっていましたが、、7泊の内の1日お掃除がされていなかったので電話したら既に掃除済みですといわれました。タオルも無くなっていたので来ていただきました。元々シャトルサービスがあることを知っていたし以前に利用もしていましたが、チェックイン時に案内がなかったです。テキストサービスを始めたと説明されたのでシャトルサービスの電話番号をショートメールで問い合わせしましたが結局返事がきませんでした。細かいことですが、食洗機の洗剤、キッチンタオルなど毎回メモを置かないと補充されませんでした。管理がかわったのでしょうか？ちょっと残念でした。」

「Lawrence is a very attentive host. He wants to make your stay as wonderful as it can be. His condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need including all beach items! The photographs he has taken, displayed as art in his condo, are beautiful. We love “The Palms at Wailea”. Hard as rock, check sucked I was given the wrong code - good thing house keeper was still there till 4:20 (check in at 3 pm ) and then check out at 11 am and house keeper came at 10am —- shower head needs to be replaced… over price was great for what I got - don’t get locked out - porch sliding door auto locks behind you!」
