"We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor. Cliff Cottage Resort

"The Boat House room was quaint, rustic and comfortable. It is set up like a private beach house located steps from the ocean. The food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pets there made our stay even more enjoyable. *Rest well to the ol pup that gained his wings.💙🙏🕊* The fishing on the property was also good (bonus)! Kayaks were available to use and there are two small pools on the property. There are monkeys roaming around at times so be aware of your belongings. The Bang Bao pier is a short motorbike ride away with many places to eat and shop. There is also a Tops store and a 7-11 also in that area. We will definitely stay here again. ขอบคุณครับ"

"This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. The facilities were excellent and the vibe was very relaxed. There is tonnes to do on Koh Chang, and the hotel was very helpful in getting me a rental car at a very good rate. I would highly recommend the Dinso as a great place to stay and excellent value for the money. As a side note, the food and service in the restaurant each day was nothing short of excellent."

"Absolutely beautiful. Admittedly, I was very surprised to see that the toilet and shower in the villa was actually outside, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The private beach is heavenly, the beach side bar and food was excellent. You're a bit far to the south, but that only puts you closer to the southern pier, and nothing is very far away in the first place - not a very big island to start with. All in all, couldn't be happier with this place."
