However when we tried to use the stove night 1, it did not work and the host was not able to have it repaired on a holiday weekend. Seems like some of the details fell through the cracks when this home was constructed and/or renovated. However, overall enjoyed our stay."

"There was so much to love about this charming lakeside cabin. The warm pine paneling, thoughtful decorations, and cozy atmosphere gave it the unmistakable character of a true Minnesota cabin. The easy access to the lake was another big plus, and the lake view was simply breathtaking. On our first evening, we were treated to an unforgettable sunset over the water.Unfortunately, the bed was much too firm for both my wife and me. We eventually had to move to the living room, where we slept on the sofa and recliner. Because a comfortable night’s sleep is such an important part of any stay, I felt I had to deduct one star. Aside from the bed, however, we truly enjoyed the cabin and everything its beautiful lakeside setting had to offer."
