「This is a very nice hotel, with potential with better staff and management it could be so much better. The pools needed cleaning and the restaurant breakfast was lacking. Only one person working, no coffee ready it took a long time to get everything. The quality of the food once we got it was just okay. A Sunday morning you would think that coffee would be a priority. The staff didnt seem to care. I understand now why there weren't many people there for breakfast. My 6 year old granddaughter...

「Very unique property. Well appointed rooms with a fun twist. Very convenient if visiting Magnolia. Great rooftop bar & restaurant. Would definitely stay again.」

「The service was horrible. Front desk clerks were rude and unprofessional in EVERY interaction. I called about extending my stay and was told that the hotel was completely booked and they were unable to do so. I checked online and was able to get a additional room for the day i needed. The pool was murky and cloudy so we did not swim in it. Kitchen staff was understaffed. Everything kept running out. There only seemed to be one person working the breakfast.」

「設備は全体として古めですが、掃除は行き届いていました。 バスルームには常に小さな蟻が這っていたので、神経質な方にはお勧め出来ません。 朝食は典型的なアメリカンスタイルです。問題はありませんが、サラダの提供はありません。フルーツはありました。 スタッフは常にフレンドリーで好感を持てました。 全体として快適に過ごせました。」

「I wish they would have told us the restaurant was closed, or that they were under construction and you had to use a different entrance that wasn’t very well marked. But once we got past that, everything was great. My wife loved it…,,,So of course, I loved it too. Will be back!」

「高速道路の側のロケーションで、早朝別の都市に出発しなくてはいけない身には最適だった。ただ禁煙部屋のはずなのに煙の臭いがしみついていた。夜間はスタッフ不在なので、禁煙部屋でも気にせずに喫煙をしている滞在者が多いのかもしれない。」
