「The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The check in process was clear and easy, and the hosts responded to questions about our stay immediately every time. It was very clean as well. It's on the more spartan side - no frills and the kitchen could have used some more things (like spoons) - but it is a good value for a group. 「Overall the property was good. We just didn't have wifi so no tv or phone. The property does say no cleaning fee and I should have paid attention to that as the place was not as clean. Hand/finger prints on doors and furniture that could easily be wiped off, hair in shower walls and under the bed/couch area was so dusty and found underwear that could easily be swept, also found a broken iron and the remote batteries were not good. A few things need to be updated on the inside (the beds are cheap metal beds, not bed frames, so the comfort level is minimal; the shower was hard to work; the toilet got caught of the flusher and we had to fix; very little space in bathroom to get ready if you have girls). For a 1-night stay it was fine, especially for the cost.」

「Cherokee villages was a special place where the property felt like a wildlife sanctuary with trails leading down to the lake and a boat dock. Good for any number of guests. Came with my husband and dog and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Looks like a great place to have a family reunion with a great covered community space with lots of tables and activities for kids and adults.
