Hotel itself good and great for metro connection to the city centre. The area immediately outside the front door was pretty disgusting though - rubbish, including dirty nappies and a mattress were just left lying there for our whole stay. I understand that the hotel isn’t responsible for household waste in the neighbourhood but basic respect for customers and pride in appearance surely should mean someone from the hotel could take measures to stop guests not having to tip-toe through rubbish just to get to the metro 100 metres away.

We had an amazing experience during our two-week stay! The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and all of the hotel amenities were excellent.
The location was also perfect, very central and convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many museums and attractions within walking distance. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality throughout our entire stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
