It was frustrating to get to, but once we did; It was a MAJOR benefit to be in the airport where your flight leaves from.

Staff was amazing and the room was quiet and clean

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

10/10 — would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location couldn’t be better: easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus multiple metro stops and train stations nearby. The room itself was beautiful, and the staff were truly exceptional. We traveled with three young kids, and while it’s an upscale boutique hotel, it was still incredibly family-friendly. Our kids had a fantastic time. We also arrived early, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us by letting us use another room for a few hours so the kids could shower and nap. That level of kindness and flexibility made a huge difference. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the staff — they made our stay unforgettable.

The food in the restaurant was undercooked well done hamburger that was supposed to be medium well was still raw in the Center….gross. The breakfast buffet food that was supposed to be hot was cold. No air movement in the rooms. Windows don’t open and AC isn’t turned on, so fans don’t even work.
