「We asked for early check in because we were going to a wedding at 3pm. Staff were so helpful to accommodate that. Lots of help regarding taxi service. Wonderful sleep then good breakfast. Highly recommend.」

「The property itself was amazing - so close to the beach, beautiful building, and pools/spa. Very nice and helpful staff. It wasn’t cheap but reflected the excellent location. The reasons for a 4 star rating in a 5 star location was that we did have a super tiny room (1/2 the size of other rooms per the floor plan) and the spa area saunas were not working which we were looking forward to using. They did permit us to have a later checkout which was super helpful to enjoy the beach in the...

「Very spacious apartments, clean and everything including appliances in good condition. Staff always willing to help and provide information. Continental breakfast available in hotel restaurant, highly recommended.」

「beautiful view」

「Excellent hotel with lovely spa, pool, rooms, foyer and beach. Walk into Makarska takes about 20 mins with lots of bars and restaurants on the way, some quite tacky. Beach access is easy to roped off area away from watersports. Good choice of Excellent food from the buffet, although some hot dishes could be warmer. Rooftop terrace bar is incredible with spectacular views over the bay towards Brac and Hvar. Would definitely return.」

「We had a very pleasant stay at Marko Polo Hotel. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and we were very happy with our stay. One small suggestion: it would be even better if an iron and ironing board were available in the room for guests to use. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would be happy to stay here again!」

「Clean, excellent location, friendly staff. Lovely grounds. Great breakfast but a shame that you had to purchase drinks at dinner and couldn’t bring water in, not provided for free. The dinner quality could also be better.」
