8.4/10 Very Good! (694 reviews)
I stayed here for three nights and ended up restless as a result. First room that they gave me was facing the road which becomes too noisy in the morning when the cars started running. The receptionist was kind enough to switch my room. However, the second room had a problem with the heater and the room was quite warm to sleep in. I brought this to the attention of the night receptionist but he just gave me a blank stare and did not try to address the issue. In addition to these issues, the fridge is not working. The pillows are so thin you are almost sleeping on the mattress. Stay away if you want to have a restful vacation.

7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
"Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms. There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days: • Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) ..."
