We had real issues with the cleanliness, bath didn’t work and there was clumps of hair in the drain. We found bedbugs in the headboard and had to cancel the stay and book elsewhere. Staff was friendly however and issued a refund immediately after we contacted the owners.

great property and location.. repeat customer, the only thing to work on is the bath towels smell so much on cigaretts and when using them after a shower the smell of smoke transfers on us...

This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.
