「The man at the front desk just handed me a key. He did not say anything about the breakfast, gym or dock on the salt pond. Another guest told us about the breakfast. It was the May long weekend and neither the pool or hot tub were open. Or maybe they were open but I couldn’t understand the man cleaning the pool! The pool is not heated and hot tub was cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had a bar fridge and microwave but no coffee maker . The bathroom was dated with poor...

「Expedia said my total for the stay was $496. But hotel charged me $556. I would like the $60 difference refunded. The food at the lounge was average. The chef was an hour or so late. So had to wait a bit to get food.」

「room was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. it was roomy, comfortable and clean. one thing that surprised us was that when we got to our room the couches were slashed (almost as with a knife). worried me a bit that we would be accused to doing this. tried to call front desk to advise them of this finding but we kept dialing 0 for front desk and couldn't get thru. another disappointing thing was that when we left (before 11am check out) there was a bunch of yogurts in the kitchen...

「The hotel itself is small and so the rooms are pretty small as well. Especially the bathroom in the room. The sink was located outside of the bathroom due to its small size. There was a terrible smell in our room. It smelled really musty in comparison to the hallway and lobby. We tried febreze and Lysol, but it was no match for the stench. We also had to ask for extra pillow and linen although the room itself featured a pull out couch. But no extra linen in the room to utilize the pull out bed....
