「An excellent and beautifully presented breakfast included was a wonderful way to start the morning drive.. Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect stop just 1.5 hours north of Rome. Quiet and serene with rooms offering a generous balcony overlooking the pool. Grazie mille!!」

「Good location in the center, spacious room and nice shower room. Free access to the great thermae, there you can enjoy the sunset and stars from the tub. If you don’t mind the a bit noise of the street it’s highly recommended」

「Lovely room - quiet (the house is not directly facing the piazza). Also liked the little tea kitchen with an espresso machine, electric kettle and a stove to warm some food or cook a simple meal. Parking outside the city walls and taking the elevator to the historic center i very easy. It’s a 5 minute walk! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from close by.」

「Habitación perfecta.」

「A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!」
