Super comfy mattress and clean bedding. Every amenity we could need. Humongous TV! A bit noisy (ac/street noise) but if you come prepared with white noise headphones like I did, it's a great place to spend a night or two. The EV charger had a really long cord, which was super convenient, and he has an adaptor for non-teslas.

Check in was a simple key code, host communicated ahead of time. Very comfortable space; bed, a/c, basic kitchen stuff (fridge, Keurig, microwave, picnic plates/utensils). Great stay!

A great place to hang for a few days!

This was such a great location. Beach, grocery and restaurants close by!! We loved the doggy trail near by so we could walk our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe walking even at night around there. The place was cozy and comfortable and Joey took great care of all the details so you feel at home away from home. Definitely check this placeOut!! Worth the stay!

Quiet neighborhood, no space to hang clothes or set them out. A converted garage to a living space. Plenty of hot water, just no space to spread out. Kure was a nice touch for morning coffee

Good location, very thin walls

Honestly can’t beat the location but unfortunately owner and their guest were pretty loud from 11pm-12am. We texted twice about the noise as I had a race the next morning and was trying to get some rest. Finally called him, got quiet for a few minutes and then loud again. Also lots of road noise. Definitely suggest ear plugs if you plan to stay here. Bed was comfortable and nice TV. Space is a converted garage so only sink is the bathroom.

wonderful place to stay!

My partner and I stayed at Joey’s place and it was AWESOME! very clean and comfortable! I loved the bathroom shower! The bed was very relaxing and the tv was very big! I will be booking with Joey again.

Great place to stay while attending events in the area! "Efficiency" was very clean, with a comfortable bed; linens, towels, paper products were good quality, appliances, heat/ac unit and internet functioned well, owner responds right away. Fotos are accurate, all details are visible there. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, just the usual occaisional jet noise some weekdays. Great Thai restaurant nearby!
