"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"Property was brilliant but really needs a lift as having to do several trips up and down stairs with all belongings was a bit inconvenient as you have to leave your belongings unattended downstairs whilst you go back to collect the rest of your belongings "

"The apartment was quite small, but adequate. However, when the weathwr turns hot, the apartment gets very warm, even with the skylight open.
Everything else was fine."
"Loved this hotel and we will be back. Decor and the bedroom was amazing. Owners are there if you need anything simply via text message and hotel is spotlessly clean. "
