「Saban and Belinda were great hosts. They were very accommodating and paused their laundry so i could do mine between the two different legs of my trip. I neeed to make sure i had enough clean laundry as i would not have access ta any laundry facilities for the next 12 days.
The room was nice, and perfect for a solo traveller.」
「The hotel reception was well run and check-in went very smoothly. Our room which was on the ground floor was spacious, very clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The only down side was the complicated lighting arrangement in the room. In the morning, we found the breakfast well stocked with a reasonable range of item. All in all it was a very nice stay」

Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Food was good although limited choice if you were staying more than one night.
Room we thought was a bit small by comparison to other chain hotels we've stayed in. That said it was clean and the bed was a comfy std double.
The shower wasn't great! Water hot but no matter where you put the controller we couldn't get anywhere near adequate water...
