The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Grižane. The villa is located on a 200 sqm open forest plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a garage and on the street in front of the house.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to mid-October, can be heated, 3 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).

A great vacation location is always defined by its host, and Sebastian absolutely rose to the occasion. Not only was the communication with him excellent at the stage of handing over the property, but it remained just as smooth throughout our entire stay. He was always ready to help with any issues, offering recommendations for nearby restaurants, landmarks, or additional attractions, as well as arranging quads or yachts we could rent with his assistance.In summary, we have never before had the pleasure of dealing with such a competent property manager in any of the many places we have stayed. This is a solid five-star experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend both Villa Modruna and Sebastian, the person managing it.
