Stock eines Reihenhauses, guter Zustand, Blick vom Balkon entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern (Blick ist inzwischen verbaut worden - dafür kann der Vermieter nichts), überhaupt rege Bautätigkeit auch in der nächsten Umgebung, kann man aber wieder buchen, die meiste Zeit ist man ja außer Haus...und Zadar und Umgebung sind attraktive Ziele」

「The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby.」

「This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city. We ate both nights at Restaurant "Giardin", around the block, and it was good and...
