「Came from the US - everything about this hotel feels luxurious. Would 100% recommend to others, and would definitely come back. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the hotel does not have a shuttle. So unless you have a rental car, you will have to uber to get anywhere (cannot walk from mutigny train station to hotel unless you want to walk up a very long, steep hill). We ubered whenever we left and it was fine - 5/5 for everything else about this place - absolutely wonderful 」

「Exceptional stay in old chateau. Nicely preserved old time atmosphere. Need car to reach but not so far from Champagne carves. Worth to stop !! Highly recommend this Hotel.」

「Underground garage parking good. It's shared with IBIS. Difficult to reach on square where it is located. Others arriving shared their struggles also. Careful your day/ nav knows! Some rooms are outside main hotel structure in a courtyard Our room had a ceiling leak with water initially pooring through. The lead staff member sorted out another room - no problem - he was very efficient. The walk from garage in rain to hotel off motorcycle or from car maybe an issue carrying luggage.」

「Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended.. 」

「Petit déjeuner très correct et accueil sympathique. Mais prix un peu supérieurs à ce qui était annoncé et locaux vétustes, exigus et devant être rafraîchis, de même que les équipements.」
