The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean, quiet and very dark, which was what we needed for a good sleep. And the beds were very comfortable. There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning.

We stayed during the June 2026 heatwave. The room air con was poor (it was cooler In the corridor than the room) and their in house electrician was unable to make it any better. One of the electric sockets was inextricably linked to the main light switch, so we could not have a fan running at night. There was no safe in the room (apparently it “must have been removed“) so we had to use the lobby safe deposit box. However the hotel was clean, considerable, breakfast was reasonable continental buffet style and cheaper than going to a nearby cafe

Great hotel close to Grand Place. Good size room with everting you need except fridge/mini bar. There was a communal fridge in the reseption. Great staff, they where very helpful
