The reception staff are fantastic and will always help and are very friendly.
Rooms clean but lack of decor , concrete unpainted walls make it feel cold .
Ipads to get in room difficult to use.
Some female staff at bar very rude and just ignore you completely.
Pool is lovely and it is a nice hotel but nothing at all around it .

Room was clean and staff were nice but this hotel is not to my taste. Way too modern. Not even a hot water kettle with coffee or tea in your room. It was annoying to have to use a tablet to control everything in the room.

The room was in very good condition, clean & tidy and very comfortable, the Area around the hotel is incredibly vibrant and busy, which is excellent & convenient, I do feel that at times the lobby smelt of cigarette smoke which was a little off putting
