「Thank you ,Malin,for taking care of us. This is an amazing apartment.Everthing is ready to live. I was able to experience a daily life in NICE. The train station is close. The tram station in close. Intermarche is in front of the apartment. There are two bakeries just around the corner. We can walk to Massena area in 12 to 15 minutes on foot. One more important thing is that there is a bath tub in the room so we take a bath .We are from Japan. I recommend you this apartment.」

「As advertised. Parking a bit of a pain, but place is right on promenade. Wifi and hot water are great. Hostess Francis works hard ro make sure you are comfortable and it is so nice to sit on living room and watch Nice go by. Noise was not an issue at all!」

「We came to visit Monaco and Cannes as Nice is in the middle. If you want a quiet place this is not. Cafes & Bars till 12:00. The Apartment, Markets and Shops fabulous. "No elevator" to 3rd floor.」

「There are everything. I cooked about twice a day. We could use washing machine and microwave and oven. The laundry is also comfortable. It's spacious and beautiful. Karine and Sara are very kind! We had a lot of support. This area was good place, safe and convenient. When I was confused with riding on the train or bus, Nice people taught me gently! People's hearts and scenery were beautiful and I was very moved!」

「This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return to this flat on our next stay in Nice.」

「It was so cute and the perfect amount of space! You’re right next to the beach and you’re in the heart of old town, everywhere is walkable! The lockbox is a little confusing to find because there are 3 around each other and there are like 7 sets of steep stairs but it’s not that bad and was great for the location and price!」
