Bonjour, J'ai fais ma réservation dans les temps, j'ai été prélevé de la somme de 118.64€ le jour de la réservation, mais l'information n'est jamais arrivée à l'hotel qui n'avait plus de place. Donc bonjour la galère. Personne de HOTEL.COM ne m'a contacté et je ne trouve aucun lien pour appeler. Mon N° de téléphone ainsi que mon mail son bien disponibles dans mon compte!!! Couple voyageant à vélo. Très content de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir mettre à l'abri nos vélos. Pour le reste, accueil, chambre, restaurant et petits déjeuners, tout était parfait 👍

La chambre d’hôtel était un nid à poussière me provoquant de l’allergie. Pour la deuxième nuit, quand je suis arrivé dans ma chambre la trace que j’avais fait sur le chevet était resté obligé de le signaler à l’accueil qui est venu lui même refaire les poussières mais pas de désolé ! Deux petits déjeuners facturés, prix de la chambre n’est pas celle demandé sur votre site. Et pourtant j’avais payé un acompte.

Bon hôtel, avec un style propre et un bon niveau de service pour un 3 étoiles. personnel sympathique, bon restaurant. Les parties communes sont très belles. Le style des chambres est unique et réfléchie mais dommage que leur rafraichissement n'est pas allé jusqu'au bout : la chambre est très bien amis la salle de bain est restée dans son jus des années 80-90, c'est dommage. le potentiel est bien là.
