I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

The noise from the room cleaners was ridiculous. Slamming doors, hitting walls. I spoke to the front desk, it did not improve. Not restful at all.

It is a very beautiful old property, which is why it needs continuous maintenance. They should have adequate staff to receive clients, we were waiting 30 minutes at the reception, there was no one. At least the bar across the street was open and the wait became shorter. After calling the phone number ...
