"We had a fantastic time in this house/place. The house is very cute/clean/functional. You can't get enough of the view and the tranquility. We also enjoyed a lot the beautiful beach down below. Mauro was amazing, very helpful, super friendly. We highly recommend !"

"Villa de bord de mer avec accès quasi privatif vers une petite crique peu fréquentée. Le pavillon offre toutes les commodités. La literie est de bonne qualité. L'endroit était propre et bien entretenu. Manque peut-être une petite Bialetti pour le café du matin.. Pas moyen de trouver des capsules fonctionnant sur la machine Espresso mise à disposition. A noter que les commerces de proximites sont à une petite dizaine kilomètres.de distance. "

"The villa is beautiful, lovely inside and out. Very spacious and it really has everything inside you could need. The pool area is very large and the pool is large and beautiful, our only issue was the lack of workable umbrella stands as there is no shade around the pool until about 4pm. We didnt find too much to do local to the villa, there is a nice restaurant (La Taberna) in rucalmuto but we drove to San Leone, which had an array of resturants and beautiful beaches and just 20 mins drive...

The view is spectacular and the pool is great for early mornings, late nights and especially during the heat of the day. The hosts were amazing, left us deserts and we parted with more of them… they left food for us, coffee, tea, sugar, pasta, cookies etc. Treated us like family. "We spend a wonderful two weeks in this lovely house. Carmelo could be contacted anytime and was very helpful.The house is off main roads and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. We seldom found a cleaner house. Most of the windows had working insect protection. Air condition worked well in the bedrooms and the rest of the house stayed cool if you close the shades. The furnature isn't the newest one but works fine. We made the mistake of leaving a still warm Pizza slice on the countertop and...

"We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, we observed some maintenance concerns, specifically the presence of hairs on the mattress protector, which required us to place a blanket between the bedsheet and the protector. Hotel management acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience."

"Luigi and employees were friendly and respectful and made us feel right at home. We had dinner both nights and breakfast as well which was included. The dinner’s were delicious and the patio is lovely. Be sure to keep some Euros to pay for dinner on checkout. The rooms were nice - watch out for low ceilings! Perfect spot to visit the Ruins! Would love to return some day !"

"We were happily surprised at the beauty, elegance, and remarkable service. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we had the breakfast included with our stay and it was just perfect. The hotel sits on a small lovely town square— you have the feeling of staying in a small village with world-class service. The Valley of the Kings is 15 mins away and the hotel staff, unfailingly polite and helpful, made sure we knew how to get there. Thanks for a great stay. "
