It is a very good place to stay to explore the town. Started rough with the owner as I missed his message about check in time, but he was very responsive, came back to let us in and super helpful with the information. Just stay in touch with the property and ask directions ahead of time, it's a bit hard to find.

Parking is a real challenge. Breakfast was way too generous, good restaurant close by. We must say a good GPS is necessary to find it as traffic was brutal. We did washing not too far away and getting back was easy, parking was horrible at both ends. Early evening is a little easier.

This B&B was located in a great area not far from the centre. Swveral restaurants available in the area. Free parking is available. The room was very clean and had a comfortable mattress and pillows. Octavio was a great host and provided a great selection of of a typical Italian breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

We were sad to only stay one night in this beautifully located, pleasant b&b. Our host was gracious and helpful with recommendations. The property was just a few steps from the main pedestrian street. We arrived on a busy Sunday evening so were not able to find parking on the street out front, but at other times this would likely not be a problem. WiFi, amenities were excellent and the breakfast had lots of options.

Great location and the room is clean and quiet. I would like to specifically callout the excellent service. The owner waited outside upon our arrival for checkin and checked if our parking is in the right free parking spot. He also went extra mile to accommodate my husband’s special breakfast diet request due to health condition.

Ottavio met us very quickly. We had evening tickets for Agrigento and decided to sleep over. He prepares breakfast in the morning, although we took off to keep driving west. Very attentive, very kind, more than ample room at our unit.

Our host was wonderful! Breakfast was HUGE and he packed us lunch both days as a take out which we appreciated. It was very hard to identify the building and parking was difficult to find close by so we drove around a bit before finding where we were to be. Location was excellent once we got settled.

Location great. Do not get fooled by outside. Lovely inside. Looks redone. Breakfast wonderful. Host went out of his way to get us breakfast before set time day we left. He went over area when we checked in to make sure we saw what area had to offer. Would definitely go back.
