「アルマス広場近くというロケーションが良く、何よりもとてもセンスの良い素敵なホテルでした。 welcome drinkは4階のオープンテラスで楽しめ、朝食も美味しかったです。 お部屋はとても広くて、部屋にバルコニー、ドライヤー、湯沸かしポットとお茶類があります。 Wifiも途切れることなく、問題なくつながりました。 スタッフの方々も親切でした。 今まで泊まったホテルが星5つなら、ここには星10あげたいくらいです。このホテルに泊まるために、またアレキパに来たいと思いました。 」

「部屋は快適でしたし、ホテル従業員の対応も丁寧で、ホテル自体については満足しています。 ただ、私が泊まったのが金曜日の夜だったこともあり、近所のディスコの音が聞こえ、気になる方には寝にくいかも知れません。」

「Ausgezeichnete Lage, in Fussnähe des Zentrums und doch ruhig. Gute Betreuung, Transfer vom Flughafen und zum Busterminal nicht inbegriffen,wurde aber organisiert. Frühstück OK.」

「I have stayed in 20+ hotels in Peru, including other Costa Del Sol locations. Their hotel in Arequipa is BY FAR the best hotel experience I have had, better than any hotel I’ve used in USA, as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Staff was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Arequipa and I will not even consider staying anywhere else. This hotel is FANTASTIC. And the staff is the best part. A+++」

「A little noisy outside」

「They gave me early check-in and late check-out at no additional cost. There are no minibars in the rooms, but I was able to use the hotel's refrigerator to store perishable food. Excellent location. The staff was very attentive.」

「The pool area with a treehouse and a suspended bed. The staff was great, we arrived early and they placed us in their Cinema & Library until the receptionist arrived. Staff was helpful with any questions and assistance we needed.」
