"Beautiful resort. Fun to walk around, beautiful views and Great rooms. The thermal baths were definitely a great thing to visit on the resort. A bit far, so eating options are limited but the restaurant is very good. I recommend this as part of your journey to the Colca Canyon"

"It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15...

"The property had a courtyard that made the whole hotel feel like a resort getaway. The bar was beautiful, the front desk was super helpful, and sitting next to the pool sipping a beer and playing cards was the perfect way to relax after walking all over Arequipa. We stayed in the upgraded private room and were impressed by the big private bathroom and king bed. Overall an excellent experience here!"
