Premier soir, nous avons trouvé une méga Coquerel dans notre salle de bain. Nous avons avisé le personnel qui nous ont dit qu’ils pouvaient rien faire pour l’instant. Il fallait attendre au lendemain matin ou sinon il nous remboursait sur le champ, mais nous devions nous trouver un hôtel et il était minuit le soir et nos bagages étaient tout défait. Nous sommes donc restés, mais n’avons pas très bien dormi, vous vous en doutez. Nous avons demandé une compensation et on nous a dit qu’on devait s’adresser à Expedia. En plus il y avait de la construction à l’étage et même la pièce sous notre chambre donc à partir de sept heures, le matin jusqu’à 17 heures le soir, impossible de se reposer. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement. Le lit était d’ailleurs très inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts dans notre dos.

Everything was great. The only thing that failed was when we sent our clothes to the laundry and a lot of items were missing. We lost 3 hiking shirts and hiking REI pants ($400). Very disappointing. This was back in July.

Very comfortable bed! Breakfast available if wanna add it. Also offer dinner options with a bar. Amazing location. Walking distance to many things including the gare and shopping mall! Staff spoke portuguese and english. Offer 1 day parking for 12 euros. Parking lot is indoors but small.
