Clean, simple and functional. Fine for my purpose - very short stay. The kitchen area had cups and plates but no cutlery - which was a mild inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good quality soaps, shampoo, etc. There was quite a small gap (I guess about 300mm) between the corner of the kitchen worktop and the bedside table. As this was the main route into the bedroom space, it was irritating to have to squeeze through this narrow gap each time. The situation could be improved by making the kitchen worktop corner round rather than square. I could not figure how to get an international news channel on the TV. The local cafe (NOP), recommended for breakfast, was excellent - good quality organic food at a sensible price. It is quite close by on a narrow side street, but not so easy to find. Directions inadequate.

Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

Clean comfy spacious room. Only minor issue was the light getting in through the numerous windows so it was bright rather early. Otherwise super.

After arriving, we find no elevator and we have to carry all our stuff up a few flights of windy hot stairs. We get to the room and there's no AC. Finally got a fan that didn't do very much. Then there was the shower. The first day I get there and I see a squeegee in the shower, thinking cleaning staff left it behind. Later, after my shower I realized why it was there. The entire bathroom was flooded after a simple shower and I have to come out of the shower and start cleaning their bathroom. Instead of giving me a squeegee, invest in a shower door so I don't need to clean your bathroom each time I shower. Such a pretty looking modern building, with thoughtless design. Couldn't wait to leave. Also, there's no staff and the chat is an AI agent until you get to a human.
