This one is in an block, it looks a bit tired outside, and you need to make sure to recognise that there are 3 different blocks of rooms, A, B, and C, and your room will be described as 15B or 34C and access is only through the relevant door. "The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"We had a great time a hiisi homes kaivoksela again. Last year we stayed here as well. The only downside this year was that it seemed a bit unsafe for our students at some point, due to the skechy figures coming and going and selling god knows what to some of the other guests staying at the apartments."

"I especially liked your staff, the most important component. I had a very good experience with Emilia at the reception, when she went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve some thorny booking issues. In the restaurant there was a lovely waitress with short blond hair, who took care of me in a lovely and kind way. Otherswise, the location is great for feeling the beat of the city"
