The property was under construction. Our air conditioning did not work . The elevator was out of service , our 4th floor room was 102 steps up. I checked out the fitness center and as I opened the door there was a naked man coming out of the sauna right by the treadmills . I did not feel comfortable to use the facilities after that . The room was spacious and clean but so hot ! The staff were very nice carrying our bags up and down to our room . The manager agreed to a 30 percent discount and also gave us free breakfast . I did feel it should have been more but Caroline was super professional and understanding ! Overall an unpleasant uncomfortable nights stay . I would not recommend a stay here . More like a budget hostel than a hotel

The property was under construction, no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs. The floors had building materials all over the place in the hall ways and along the stairwells. The room was clean but told we may not have hot water for part of the time. Offer to send us to another one of their hotels but we found out that one was under construction. We were fortunate that we only spent one night...we would not want to spend any additional nights. The hotel should have informed us that it was under construction and provided us an alternative. For our first experience in Vienna...it was disappointing and set the wrong tone.

Quiet location. Free upgrade to larger room. Friendly and helpful reception staff who all spoke good English. Green policy re use of towels but unfortunately this was not communicated to housekeeping, who left clean towels anyway! Unfortunately the bathroom fan could not be turned off, meaning that my adjacent bedroom was noisy, making it difficult for me to get to sleep.

Posizione ottimale rispetto al centro di Vienna (in 10min si arriva al Duomo). Nel periodo 02-05 gennaio è stato molto pratica anche la gestione del parcheggio (a pagamento nella fascia 09-22, gratis nei weekend, oppure bisogna scegliere il garage a costi molto più elevati). Camera forse un po' asettica e semplice, ma senz'altro pulita e spaziosa. Usufruito da due adulti e un bambino di 4 anni per 3 notti.

The hotel is located 5 mn from the heart of the city. Everything can be done walking. Hotel very clean, quiet, good quality breakfast and professionnal staff. For New Year's eve there was a pack dropped in the room with sparkling wine and glasses, gift of the hotel. Nice attention. Thank you!

The property has good location ,10 minutes by walking to city center. The suite room for 3 people has one double bed and another bed which is not comfortable at all. The sofa in salon was with holes. The view from the window room is to internal wall. The service staff is pleasent to guests.the cleaning is just ok.

Excellent location for district 1 Vienna. Everything within walking distance. Staff helpful overall and very personable. Suggested great places to eat and understood the want for us to see Bowen's main attractions. Not very homely looking in general. Clinical finish. Single bed not comfortable. Towels not soft. AC wasn't working so very hot in room and hotel in general.
