Loved the rustic feel and peaceful atmosphere. IROCK Lodge is some distance from Victoria Falls and near the Lion Encounter. One can hear the roaring of the lions at night sometimes! There is a shuttle to take guests to and from the centre of town of not driving. The last pick up from town is at 20:00 hours. This place has only been open for over a year; therefore is still work in progress. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is plenty of water but they do face the challenges of electricity blackouts experienced by the rest of the country. I enjoyed free WiFi - that is when the electricity is on!! Samu and her team did their best to make my stay comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at the lodge, I hope that you do too😊 I recommend this place if you want to go off the beaten track for a different experience!

This place is amazing. We stopped here on our AfricanSafari and we were glad we did. Quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property is close to the airport and has a great staff. They arrange for you to get to town whenever you need to be there. They are working on getting more fans and hope to get air conditioning which would have been nice during my stay as it was pretty hot. The fan that I had was sufficient though.

They had no electricity for a few hours while we were there (it is Zimbabwe after all) but they were still able to serve a great breakfast. We enjoyed the friendly staff and they were excellent at organizing a shuttle into town and to the airport.

New Years Visit 2018/19.
The rooms were clean and comfortable . The staff were attentive to our needs ,always receptive, very welcoming and ready to please . A reliable bus shuttle was available on request .I found the atmosphere calm and relaxing and just what I needed to start me off for the New Year. 😁. I would not hesitate to stay there again ...All the best to Samu and Staff.

Nice place to stay
The reception and driving staff were great. Helpful. Beakfast was good. They cook eggs to order. I was surprised to find out this property is only a year old. Thete is no air conditioning and no fan. No soap and no housecleaning as advertised. Its a bit out of town so that's a bit of a pain but they will drive you and pick you up no problem. The property is quiet.

We would go there again
Beautiful setting. 5km from airport/15 from Victoria Falls. Free shuttle to town if you plan it/ $10 to airport, which is really good! Large thatched roof rooms with character. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
