The hotel was great. We had one problem when we first checked in. The first room had no heat. The staff got us heaters and moved us to another room the next morning. After that the experience was great. The staff is very accommodating. The concierge, Laurent, was amazing!! He booked us everything we needed to see and he got us good price packages with VIP experiences. Perfect!. We had dinner a few times at the restaurant. The bartender was great! He would take our food orders and make sure we’re satisfied with our orders. The breakfast overall was not bad but the dishes need more flavor. If it weren’t for the heat issue, 5 stars all the way!

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

Stayed for one night on journey heading South. Clean and comfortable hotel room. Evening meal was very good but with a limited menu, especially for vegetarian friends we were with. Good position with plenty of parking and small garden. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well ! Have also booked for our return ...
