The property is conveniently located for exploring the highlights of the historic center, discovering the itineraries and villas designed by Palladio (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and enjoying nature excursions in the Berici Hills and at Lake Fimon. The property is located 150 meters from the southern highway loop exit and is an excellent choice for those wishing to reach the Vicenza Trade Fair or the highway to travel to Padua (25 min), Verona (30 min), Lake Garda (45 min), Venice (45 min). The area is served by a bike and pedestrian path that runs from the historic center out into the open countryside (Noventa Vicentina); many useful amenities are just a short walk away: supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, pizzerias, ice cream shops, a newsstand, a pharmacy, a self-service laundry, a bank, a post office, and more. Inside the house, you’ll find: a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, electric oven, sink, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and microwave; a large bedroom, lit by a window, with a double bed; a smaller bedroom with a window, furnished with a single bed and a cot for a fourth person; a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, bidet, and washing machine.<br>The apartment does not have air conditioning, and the temperature is set to 19/20° Celsius in winter.<br>We do not provide breakfast service at our property; as an alternative, we invite you to use the fully equipped kitchen; in addition, there is a wide selection of dishes and kitchen linens available. Finally, for those who are interested, there is a café and pastry shop located 50 meters as the crow flies from our property.
