Loved our little apartment. It was cute, comfortable and the location was great. Easy walks to the metro, the bus, and a variety of dining options. Staff was helpful when I had questions about the microwave buttons, and they also stored our bags after check out until we needed them.

The lady at check in was super nice and patient. She explained everything to me in detail. She has blonde medium hair. I wish I wrote down her name

We stayed in the Beatles Suite which was fantastic. The size of a very large one bedroom NYC apartment (that’s an understatement).

The room window opened into the sitting area on in front of the elevators. I did not know that there was essentially no window when I booked it online. It was itherwise a comfortable cave that was well lit when it needed to be. The fridge wasn't working and they swapped it out for me.The breakfast buffet had all the basics. The location was good - close to the metro and lots of things walkable to from it.
