Our room was very hot. There is no AC in the rooms. We asked the front desk why it was 27 degrees and never cooled off. We stayed 3 nights and would not recommend staying if you are hoping to be cool after a long day exploring. They do not clean your rooms and do not provide more toilet paper or water unless you ask.

Wow! This property is truly a gem. From the moment you walk onto the property you quickly realize that the pristine attention to detail, the committment to top notch guest service and the transformation of this historic building have landed you in a little oasis in the coolest city. The location was perfection, walking/biking distance to everything you could need. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast in the room was beautiful and generous. The room itself was so special, we would love to go back and experience all of the other guest rooms! We would highly recommend to everyone and cannot wait to be back on our next trip through the city.

The location is unbeatable. Very safe area. We didn’t hesitate walking around at night. Close to Anne Frank House and about a mile to Vondel Park and the Rijks. The air conditioning was great and the staff very helpful. We could’ve used a little instruction for the bidet lol. The steam shower was a dream!
