"Overall the house was pleasantly decorated and had lots of old charm. However, it could do with a really deep clean so that there is a fresh slate for changeover cleans. There were cobwebs above each doorway and in all of the windows (including the bedrooms). The insides of the draws and cupboards in the kitchen were very grubby and there were personal effects in the wardrobes upstairs (perhaps these could be moved to a locked cupboard when the property is rented out).
