"We had a wonderful time in Prospect cottage, everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the property and a potter delight to stay there. Would go again without question and Mevagissey is a super place to visit. I would recommend this property to anyone and we're so grateful to the hosts for allowing us to 'borrow' for a little while. "The pod itself is very clean and cosy with great space between the 2 pods on site. It was very clean and well presented on arrival and has everything you could ever need. "What a gem The Laurels is. We enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage and had everything we needed. "Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay."

"Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected."
