The flat, located on the top floor (elevator available) has just been renovated to very high standards, including air conditioning in each room and thick windows to prevent any kind of noise.

The two bedrooms are separated and each one has its own en-suite bathroom and living space, so it's a perfect fit also for two colleagues that need privacy.

A third guest toilet is available in the main living area.

Single sofa bed available in the second bedroom, so a 5th guest (children only) can be accommodated.

Please note: Upon arrival guests are required to pay security deposit as shown during the check out process, and Verona City Tax equal to €3.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of 4 nights.

As soon as the booking is confirmed you will receive contacts and information for the check-in via email.

Check-in window is 3pm-8pm. If you would like to have early or very late check-in (outside the standard window) please get in touch and we'll do our best to accomodate your request. Check in after 8pm is subject to €30 fee to be paid upon arrival to the check-in person. Check-in after 11pm is not allowed.
