Ben aereggiata, ottima pulizia . Poco pratico il bagno dedicato , in quanto bisogna attraversare area comune per recarsi in nagno .
Without a doubt the best B & B we have ever stayed in! It was so welcoming and so relaxing. Wonderfully close to everything. Room super comfy, clean and all is nicely decorated. Breakfast was delightful --- set up in a small sitting area with great coffee, orange juice, fresh croissants, fresh fruit and other assorted goodies. Owner is so friendly and helpful and enjoyable to chat with. We will definitely be back!
Hidden behind a plain wooden door is this beautiful little B&B a short stroll from the Arena and sights of Verona. On the first floor of a historic building, accessed by a brand new lift, Casaesvael is decorated with an eclectic mix of artwork, ornaments and over-the-top glass chandeliers. The continental breakfast every day, which always included super-fresh croissants from a local bakery, plus fruit, yoghurts, etc, and a choice of tea and coffees was more than adequate. All the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the host was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. We stayed for three nights in October and couldn't have been happier. If we return to Verona in future we would almost certainly stay at Casavael again. Thank you very much for a lovely stay!
Hermoso B&B!

The property is on a main bus route, two easy trips from the airport and ten minutes walk from the Opera Arena.
The property is in a traditional apartment and our room was very comfortable with whisper quiet a/c if required.
The owner has good taste and the property is filled with interesting and eclectic period furniture.
There is a delightful continental breakfast, with great coffee, fresh croissants, fresh fruit and a good selection of spreads.
This property is the heart of the old city and a good base to explore Verona. This is a good walking city with everything in range, with a lot of pedestrianisation and very little traffic.
The room was nice, the host was pleasant, and the breakfast was decent. But there is a huge problem that must be fixed before anyone stays there again. When a guest leaves and locks the door from the outside, the other guests are locked in. There is no way to unlock the door from the inside. We were locked in and it was very scary. The room is too high up to jump out a window in case of a fire. The manager, pathetically, blamed the other guests for locking us in, when the problem is the way the lock system was designed.
Fab location but poor equipment and poor breakfast
Great location, 1st floor walk-up in very old building, but poor fittings, outdated tired bathroom equipment, ridiculously small corner shower (1/4 section of a 72cm circle), noisy mechanical toilet, no ventilation in the bathroom, bathroom door in glass precluding any privacy, wifi very slow or unresponsive. We were in the room Tebaldo.
Terrible breakfast, worst of our 7 days in Italy. Except for some refrigerated whole fruit and 1 (just one!) brioche in the form of a croissant, everything else came in cellophane packages and sealed plastic containers. No bread, no toaster, no sliced prosciutto as in most other hotels, no cooked food.
There was a frother for making latte cofffee.
The bed was quite firm, which we prefer but some may not, and the pillows were very hard, uncomfortable even, most likely made from bultex. Aircon was good.
Overall, the old world charm of the building and location are not enough to compensate for the substandard equipment and bad breafast. IMHO, this B&B is not good value for money, I cannot recommend it.

Good central location
Poor breakfast.
B&B suffers from a lot of traffic noise until late at night and strats again quite early in the morning.
Very pleasant stay. Owner very keen to please/help and carried luggage up to the first floor for us - no elevator. Our room had small but functional en suite. Pleasant breakfast - but no cooked option if that's what you like.
Rudi was a very gracious host who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area and the b&b in general was very cute! Definitely would recommend this place!
