Intermediate Floor: An elegant living room with a large sofa bed and a spacious bathroom with wellness area.
Lower Floor: A comfortable small bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children, and a practical laundry room.

In respect of Corniglia's historical authenticity, access to Frantoio Terra Rossa requires navigating numerous steep steps – a fascinating distinctive trait of these ancient villages...
For this reason, the property is not recommended for very young children or guests with mobility difficulties.

Important Information for Pet Owners
Only small dogs are welcome in this facility, with an additional cost and respect for pet rules.
Pet Rules:
Dogs must be kept on a leash in all common areas of the building, including stairs and garden.
Owners are responsible for their animals' behaviour and must ensure they do not disturb other guests.
Dogs cannot go up on beds, armchairs and sofas.
To include your four-legged friend during your stay, make sure to select the pet supplement during booking and carefully read the indicated rules.

Important Check-In Information
Starting from 4 December 2024, a new Italian regulation requires identity verification in person during check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time (between 15:00 and 18:30 in advance. Delays beyond 18:30 might involve additional costs and check-ins after 22:00 will not be accepted.
We kindly ask you to be patient for any technical or service issues, considering the remote location of the Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may be longer. Additionally, heating is legally prohibited from 1 April to 8 November.

Large celebrations are not allowed for Christmas and New Year's Eve (or any other period). During holidays, only families are accepted, not young groups. A deposit of 1500.00 euros via credit card is required to cover potential damages, refundable after property inspection.
