Overall this property was good/great:
Location: Great — Although Vernazza is a small town so I suppose any property would be great. The property was just around the corner from the office you need to check-in at.
Communication: Good — They did a good job in contacting me and providing necessary information for checking in, or in our case, late check-in. I do think they should provide late check-in information from the get go if they don’t hear back within 24 hours instead of waiting to see if you’ll arrive after their regular check-in time, which is 6pm. When you’re traveling and hopping around sometime the time changes from what you initially anticipated it to be. In our situation, our wifi wasn’t working at the hotel (not their problem) we were staying at prior to this stay, but luckily I was able to get some right before we were heading there. Had I not, I don’t know if we would’ve gotten the information we needed prior to arriving.
They can use a little help in the amenities, a provided beach towel or separate towel to use at the beach would’ve been useful, since it is a beach town.
