"Overall, this little cabin was perfect as a base camp for exploring the surrounding areas. It’s an inviting space, stocked with the basics, and secluded for relaxation. I do wish the firepit area had a better view of the mountains and had chairs rather than tree stumps. On the deck, a side table would be nice for enjoying morning coffee. But these are minor things and did not at all detract from our stay."

"This is a charming lodge - quiet, and capitalizing on the mountain, camping, skiing vibe of the Stowe area. The staff were delightful, our room was clean and very comfortable, the evening campfire and hottub were perfect. We had 2 rooms, one of which had a strong mildew odour but a new room was found immediately. We were fortunate that the person sharing our little corner of the balcony was charming, but that could be much less pleasant if your neighbours were boisterous."
