"Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. "The apartment was perfect for the four of us! It had everything we needed. We had never skied Seiser Alm on the Kastelruth side it was awesome!! Free parking, and not as stressful as Sankt Ulrich! We will definitely ski there again!! Checking in was super easy, although we got there late in the evening (which I would not recommend it’s good to go to the first time in the daylight we had a little trouble finding it in the dark. Amazing hotel

"This was our favorite hotel of our trip! It was beautiful, clean, and the bed was auper comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and full of many options. We lover the pool and the whirlpool. Other than wishing the check-in staff was friendlier, this was an amazing place to stay."

"8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Laurin in Bolzano, a lovely little town where we stayed for two nights before starting our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Our room was lovely with a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. We had beautiful views of the property with lovely gardens and gorgeous trees. We enjoyed walking and exploring the nearby town and each afternoon we sat by the pool. The hotel is a beautiful, old classic hotel in great condition. Breakfasts are delicious and served in a lovely dining room and on the expansive porch. "
